Nick Cooper

Founder & Managing Director

With over 20 year’s in recruitment, Nick’s leadership and recruitment experience spans a wide number of professional staffing markets and he has successfully placed candidates across the UK, EMEA and US.

 

Outside of work, Nick has 2 children that keep him busy and is a sport fanatic but age and an unhealthy love of Cadburys is getting the better of him! That said, he is Chairman of his cricket club and also coaches a women’s football team.

Lloyd Fagan

Director

Lloyd has been a renowned specialist recruiter across the Thames Valley for over 20 years and has an extensive network across both the SME and Major Corporate markets.

 

When he is not walking around the office on his work mobile, he is an avid Chelsea fan, a keen cyclist (fair weather only!) and is partial to telling us all about his DIY projects!

Christopher Anders

Business Manager

Chris has over 16 year’s specialist recruitment experience and has previously worked for some of the leading agencies across the South Coast.

 

Whilst not at work, he dotes on his 2 children, loves music festivals and likes to think he is a budding master chef contestant!

Sacha Meyerson

Business Manager

Following a highly successful recruitment career in South Africa (including running her own company!) Sacha relocated to the UK in January 2022 to further pursue her professional career and we are delighted that she chose to join us at HRG! Sacha has a wealth of experience and will be focusing on building our HR offering across all specialisms.

 

Apart from recruitment, her passions include animal activism, hiking and camping whilst slowly getting accustomed to our UK climate!
